О методике speed reading

1. Есть ли у вас методика самостоятельного обучения speed reading? С чего начинать в 1-ю очередь, на что обращать внимание, что делать во 2-ю очередь? Я примерно 2 недели назад начал читать ваши статьи по speed reading. Пока я вначале пути и архив вашей рассылки исследован мной частично. Я подозреваю, что ответ на этот вопрос я могу и сам найти, или самостоятельно его выработать, но если у вас уже есть ОН и вы им готовы делиться, то я его с благодарностью приму.

2. Я давно заметил за собой, еще до того как начал читать статьи по speed reading, что бывают моменты, когда я читаю интересную книгу, что я прочитываю особо интересные, кульминационные моменты - почти
мгновенно!!! Когда мне очень интересно - что же случиться дальше!!!! я просто автоматически перескакиваю несколько сточек вперед по тексту и мгновенно нахожу ответ! Но после этого я себя обычно обрываю и возвращаюсь назад к тому куску, с которого я перескочил. И повторно, медленно его прочитываю. Потому что я боюсь потерять какие-то смыслы, которые я проскочил. (Чаще всего оказывается, что ничего важного я не пропустил!) Видимо это и есть зачатки speed reading? Как тогда отучиться возвращаться назад к "пропущенному" тексту? (Тут может нужно научиться доверять себе?)

Мне кажется, что проще всего начать с того, что не требует особых усилий - поиска главных слов в абзацах, при этом сохраняя обычный темп чтения.

А сколько обычно занимает обучение (speed reading)?

Ответ:
Мне кажется, что вопрос не корректный. Некоторые упражнения, например психологические, занимают пять минут, а другие (расширение угла зрения) гораздо больше времени.

Вот такой вопрос - как вы пишите: "Кстати, и вы обладаете такой способностью. Например, если будете читать "Спид- Инфо", то достаточно первых слов предложения, чтобы понять о чем будет дальше идти речь".

Меня, как "молодого специалиста" больше интересует чтение учебников. Некоторые абзацы мне не только приходится читать крайне медленно, но и перечитывать. Так вот, благодаря вашему курсу я получу возможность научиться читать быстрее только художественную литературу и газеты?

Просмотр текста по ключевым словам предполагает, что текст в принципе знаком, а вам следует найти зацепки, с которых вы должны начать углубленное чтение. Если ситуация требует очень вдумчивого чтения и продумывания каждого (!) слова, то скорочтение в этом случае не помощник.

Кстати, вы пишете про самообучение. Может быть, в вашем случае существует возможность попросить консультацию у старшего товарища? Тогда вы сократите время обучения и получите эффект speed reading на другом уровне, поскольку специалист знает как подать материал, и укажет вам на те самые ключевые слова, которые вам следует прочитать.
